Mix – Part 1

—–

She could no longer hide the attraction that instantly blossomed as soon as their eyes met, and as much as she wanted to flee and hide in the confines of her car, there was no way of escaping those smouldering stares and meaningful gestures she had been receiving all night.

A drink was what she was craving for, and only that, when she had decided to spontaneously drive down the bar she usually frequented on Friday nights. Sure as hell did she not expect to get hooked tonight, especially when she was looking all shabby and not at all ready for a random encounter.

But she was sitting there by the bar, motionless, while being torn on what to do and how to act exactly. She felt young and inexperienced, but in reality she was anything but, yet somehow she wished that she was, just so the woman at the DJ’s booth would finally stop her unrelenting stares and focus on her set instead.

The pressure continued to build up not only in her head but also in the base of her stomach, especially now that the DJ had started to sway dangerously sexy along with the music she was expertly mixing. It was a crime staring at her like that, but Taeyeon could no longer help it, not when the seductress herself had made sure that she’d stare at her and only her.

Sinfully fluid, she moved her hips from left to right, up and down they bounced and flowed smoothly like the cold beer that she had just downed with haste, hoping that the alcohol would numb her brain and the raging heat she was trying so painfully to extinguish.

The night dragged on longer much to her dismay, and though she was supposed to leave after she had gotten her fill, her feet had managed to nail themselves on the floor near the bar, keeping her in place and stopping her from making an escape.

Cigarette smoke swirled around her head and her body, in her lungs and in her throat, and she wanted so much to vomit everything she drank but it was too late because seconds later she found herself pressed against the bar, with the DJ’s luscious red lips latched on her right ear lobe.

“Hi,” the nameless beauty breathed out. “I hope you weren’t planning to leave now that I’ve finished my set, though I do somehow want to get to know you in a more… private setting.”

Coherence was no longer in the picture, and so was breathing, but Taeyeon still held on for dear life, gripping the sides of the bar counter until her knuckles paled and her finger joints popped. She was trapped and she knew it, but no matter how fatal it sounded, she knew she would be in for a sweet torture.

But only if she would be willing enough to give in.

“You’re really cute,” the stranger once again whispered, voice huskier and lower than she remembered from five seconds ago. “Even more cuter up close.”

Taeyeon was afraid to open her mouth, as she had expected that nothing will come out save from a few mumbled and incoherent words. Keeping mum would greatly save her from embarrassment and it’s something she really needed to avoid at the moment.

“Quite the silent type, huh. It’s okay, I like that. But at least tell me your name? I’m Tiffany.”

She swallowed the lingering taste of the beer in her throat and breathed out. “Taeyeon.”

It wasn’t the smartest thing to do, she thought, because knowing each other’s name might lead to knowing each other’s number or probably even more, but it was rude to withhold such information, especially when the other had openly given out her own.

“Hmm, Taeyeon. Nice name.”

She gulped when she felt the DJ’s index finger trailing from her jaw down to her neck, the latter’s manicured nail subtly scratching her skin, automatically sending little bursts of shockwaves all over her body.

“I,” she whispered breathlessly, “I should go. I’m sorry.”

Taeyeon slipped her body off the bar counter and away from Tiffany, taking huge strides towards the exit. A few steps and she found herself being yanked, her body jolting forward before being pulled back.

“Hey—”

And then she felt a pair of moist lips press against her own, a slightly more pressure applied on her lower lip. It was sweet and bitter at the same time, like the beer she had downed earlier, but it was also soft and plump, something she couldn’t compare to anything.

Tiffany had kissed her, and it intoxicated her more than the alcohol.

“You forgot my goodnight kiss,” she felt her whisper on her lips. “Nice meeting you, Taeyeon. Come see me again.”

And she went home on foot, afraid to drive in such disoriented state.

It was surreal, seeing her sway in front of those strobe lights, her silhouette surrounded by green thin streaks of laser as if caressing her body teasingly.

The smoke around her made her look more ethereal, and Taeyeon was so close to climbing the elevated DJ’s booth just so she could taste those lips again.

It had been a week since that meeting and she had finally accepted that she was addicted.

She had herself blinded initially, purposely, whispering convincing words in her head that she wasn’t affected, leaving them to reverberate continuously against the walls in her mind until her little voice disappeared into a weak echo.

The following night after their first encounter, she had found herself standing at the same spot she was rendered helpless by a pair of scarlet lips, telling herself that she was there only for a drink and nothing else. But the whole two hours she spent clutching on the same unfinished bottle of beer was testament of her growing anxiety that had her eyes roaming around the entirety of the bar in search of her.

The same thing happened on the subsequent days, with Taeyeon ordering a bottle of beer and leaving it two hours later, unfinished and stale.

All the self talk she did was futile, obviously, because if it weren’t, then she wouldn’t be back in that bar waiting for her.

“What can I get you?”

Taeyeon heard the bartender amidst the loud booming music, turning her head towards his ear so she could order her drink.

“One beer for me,” she said, as usual, “and another for the DJ.” Taeyeon ended as she pointed on the girl at the booth, feeling a little adventurous.

The bartender nodded at her before fetching two bottles of ice cold beer from a cooler, handing her one while he called a bouncer that would take the other to the DJ.

“Hey,” she heard him yell near his ear, “take this to Tiffany. Compliments from this kid here.” The bartender pointed a thumb at her.

The bouncer looked at her and instantly smirked, and Taeyeon didn’t know what to make of it.

“Nice to see you again. I’ll make sure this reaches the DJ,” he said before walking away with the beer bottle.

So that’s what it was, she thought, he recognized her probably because of the recent frequent visits.

Her eyes trailed along where the bouncer was heading, and she was quite surprised to see the DJ getting off the booth. She hadn’t realized that her set was finally done because the music kept on playing and the people were still pretty much dancing. She continued to eye the bouncer, who had now bent down to whisper on Tiffany’s ear while giving the bottle to the latter.

And then Tiffany looked at her and their eyes met, two pairs of chocolate brown orbs clashing and holding gazes, neither wanting to break contact. It was then that she felt suffocated yet free at the same time. It made no sense but that was Tiffany to her.

The girl was indescribable, unquantifiable. She was the epitome of mystery and for the first time, Taeyeon was left without words.

Tiffany smirked at her and it made her grip the bottle tighter. Her palm went numb and she was sure that it wasn’t because of the cold bottle.

“Hi.”

In seconds, Tiffany was already in front of her, slipping in between her slightly parted legs, fitting herself in the cramped space that had their limbs rubbing at each other. She held her breath and gripped the bottle even tighter.

“Glad to see you here. Thanks for the beer,” Taeyeon heard her say near her ear, the husky and sensual voice sending chills down her spine like the first time.

“N-No problem.”

Taeyeon tried to ignore everything that was going on around her and tried to concentrate on the girl in between her legs. She was glad that she was wearing jeans, because feeling the skin of Tiffany’s thighs against her own would have killed her right then and there. The other girl was wearing close to nothing – cropped denim shorts that ended a few inches short of where it should end, and a very loose black tank top that failed to cover her crimson lace brassiere – and Taeyeon felt like, if she made a sudden movement, that Tiffany’s poor excuse of an outfit would fling or fall off her body, exposing her to every seeking and leering eyes that Taeyeon was sure that was on her, on them.

And she didn’t want that.

She was sure that most of the men eyeing them was jealous of the way Tiffany had leaned onto her felt, like they knew each other for so long. Having the DJ against her felt so familiar yet foreign at the same time, and she couldn’t understand how this girl seemed to be so lax around strangers. She was indeed one, and even though she was a girl and kind of looked harmless, it wouldn’t hurt to be cautious.

But then again, she wasn’t sure if Tiffany was like that to everyone she took interest in.

Taeyeon took a swig from her beer and Tiffany did the same, their bottles clinking lightly as they brought them down. They were still in close proximity, and maybe it was the alcohol, but suddenly she wasn’t feeling nervous anymore.

But unlike that night a week ago, the DJ seemed a little preoccupied. That was what Taeyeon had noticed, because the other girl seemed to have been stealing glances on her wrist watch every now and then.

It disappointed her, a bit, because she wanted more of her; more of her time, more of her attention, more of her everything, and even though this night was just their second meeting, Taeyeon had a strong feeling that this wouldn’t be their last.

After taking another swig from her drink, she once again froze when Tiffany leaned closer, her free hand landing on her hip before crawling up to her waist.

“Sorry,” she whispered, “as much as I wanted to stay here and chat with you, I really need to go early tonight.”

Taeyeon had expected it, somehow, but it didn’t stop a frown from gracing her lips. Tiffany chuckled when she saw it as she pulled back.

“Don’t frown,” she heard Tiffany say before she felt the hand that was resting on her stomach touching her slightly on her chin, “I’m sure we’ll meet again. Very soon.”

Tiffany moved to nuzzled her nose on her cheek, dragging it painfully slow from her left cheek bone towards her ear before stopping. Her breath against her earlobe felt warmer than her skin.

“But for now, I’ve got homework to do.”

And with that, she started to step back, and the heat that she felt just minutes ago was gone in seconds. The space between her parted legs felt emptier without the other girl settling between them, and the place that Tiffany touched on her chin now felt cold.

Tiffany winked before turning to leave, and Taeyeon’s body was screaming for her to do something.

Anything.

And so she did.

She reached for her before she could turn away, grasping Tiffany’s arm before turning her back in one swift motion.

“You forgot my goodnight kiss,” Taeyeon said as she captured the DJ’s parted lips, inwardly smiling at the familiar words she had just uttered. Immediately she tasted beer on the plump pair, mixed with something she could only taste as strawberry lip gloss.

She didn’t move, and neither did Tiffany, but their lips just fitted perfectly with each other, her own pair capturing the other’s upper one in a gentle yet firm hold, and her own lower lip captured by the other.

It was just as how Taeyeon had remembered them; soft, sweet, and intoxicating.

And for a moment they just stood there, breathing in each other’s scent, bathing at each other’s presence like they were the only ones in the room.

  1. Oh, the perfection of it all!!! Sensual Taeny is the best. Thank you for sharing this story. I’m proceeding to the 2nd chapter :)

  2. I just started reading this, a very promising start, please tell me the beer is a Stella Artois! lol I’m curious though why Taeyeon orders beer rather than other beverages, like cocktail or something similar. I personally prefer vodka.

Anyway Mix will probably be my bedtime story the next few nights ^^

Sup.
